A guided somatic experience with intentional journaling.

This somatic session includes guided breathwork using the 4‑7‑8 method, supporting a calm and healthy nervous system. A slow blend of crystal sound bowls and gong and intuitive journaling follow. The experience closes with a gentle recentering meditation and check‑out.

Participants will be provided one, take-home journal. Presented by Practitioner Caitlyn Corson of Pure Flow Healing.
