Carousel Museum: Meet the Carvers
RSVP HERE
Discover the history of immigrant woodworkers as they follow the American dream and carve their place into the history of the carousel. The artist genius and legacy of carvers such as Illions, Looff, Carmel, Hershell, Dentzel, and many others will be explored. So, travel back in time with us and learn how they became integral to art and culture during the 19th and early 20th centuries.
Made possible by The Carousel Museum and a generous grant from the McPhee Foundation.
