Thanks to the generosity of the Bristol community, our storage space for donations is full! The Friends of the Bristol Public Library is temporarily unable to accept donations of books and other items, at Bristol Public Library and Manross Memorial Library, from October 15, 2024 until March 17, 2025. Our patrons are asked to hold their donations until March 17 or check with a librarian about other locations that are accepting donations.

The Friends Bookstore is still open for business on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Friends will also continue to have a great selection of books and other items for sale in the Bristol Public Library and Manross Memorial Library lobbies and in the Friends Cafe on the second floor of Bristol Public Library.

The Friends annual Winter Used Book Sale is February 26 to March 2, 2025. It is expected to be huge this year.
